Selecting the
Residence

Each property is identified through a rigorous selection process. We focus on residences that combine architectural identity,
cultural depth, and long-term relevance. Before any offering, we conduct a full legal, structural, and heritage analysis. Each home is owned through an Italian company (SRL), with each owner holding shares proportional to their usage.

Acquiring
Your Share

Each prospective owner receives a private presentation of the residence, followed by detailed financial and legal documentation. We complete the acquisition through a clear, secure process. Ownership is direct – your name on the deed.

Using the
Residence

Each owner enjoys 6 weeks of dedicated private use each year, reserved through a structured calendar. Before each arrival, the residence is fully prepared to your preferences. During each stay, service remains discreet and attentive. Ownership becomes effortless.

Generating
Income

When owners are not in residence, their weeks may be placed in a carefully managed rental program, generating income at rates commensurate with the property’s quality. This is entirely optional – no owner is required to rent. For those who choose to, the BorgoCollection team handles the returns in full.

Future
Transfer

Ownership is designed to be held across generations – passed through families, gifted, or transferred. Should an owner decide to exit, shares may be resold through a structured process that preserves the integrity of the ownership circle. Continuity for the property, flexibility for the owner.
